How does a change of driving school registration work?
Dear community,
I want to re-register my driving school because my current driving school hasn't given me a test for four months. I've already completed 20 driving lessons. Do I have to start all over again if I register somewhere else now? I find my driving school completely dubious, so switching is also an option. What will happen next?
Just go to another driving school and say that you want to change the driving school as you are not satisfied with your current one. You don’t need to go into detail. In principle, no one does. If only your decision as a customer is your money! You are not satisfied with your current driving school and want to change and finish!
The driving school then asks the documents from your old driving school. From them you can see what you’ve done (like much driving hours, theory, etc.) and don’t need to do it again. I had done this for a friend of mine and that was also possible without problems. The driving school took care of it. If, however, the theoretical examination has been back for more than 24 months, it is decayed and must be re-issued, including complete theory lessons.
The theoretical examination is valid only 12 months
Hours are valid 2 years .. the theo. exam only 1 year.
All that is still valid is recognized. get a certificate of training.
Then look for a new driving school, pay a basic fee and the change of driving school .. and make driving hours. 20 hours are not much.

Go to the new driving school (where you might have to sign up there), which will help you with safety. You definitely don’t have to start with the driving hours
You have to imagine that I haven’t driven a single time car since (about 4 months) It’s obvious that I’ve lost a lot.
Yeah, I just meant you don’t have to start from the front. Before the practical check, you can do some exercises, depending on how many you need
Yes well, on the other hand, it is of course also associated with costs to keep a rider constantly at the test level (as this requires regular trips) if there is no test date on the other hand or delays occur, probably due to Corona. However, this should also be communicated to the rider and not that he or she is left in ignorance. This then leads exactly to the situation you described.
