You can use more oil in the pan, more egg in the dough and in principle also thinner or make thicker to find out how it works better. Maybe the pan becomes too hot, for example, then this can also happen. Exercise makes the Master!

xD I took the egg yolk out of the eggs and fed it raw. But had more problems with pancakes than usual. But healthier it was certainly.
