How do I book a service?

Hello,

I am a sole proprietor in SKR03 and book with Lexoffice.

I run an online store and have my returns sent to another company. They inspect the returns and store them for me. There's a fee for inspection and storage, and a second fee for removal and processing (once a customer has placed an order).

Since another company is doing the work for me, I would book these fees as follows:

3100-External services

Please provide other opinions and help.
