How do I correctly connect the PC and PC speakers to the TV with cables?

I wanted to use the PC speakers for both the PC and the TV.

I connect the PC to the TV with a 4k 2.0 HDMI cable.

Ultimately, I wanted to be able to watch movies and streams streamed to my PC via a streamer on the TV and listen to them through the PC speakers. Additionally, I wanted to use the PC speakers instead of the TV speakers for regular TV viewing.

Which individual cables are needed to connect the listed devices? Which ports do these cables connect to on each device?
