How to clean an ancient teddy bear?

Hey lovely people:)

Today I found my absolutely ancient teddy bear again. The poor fellow must have spent the last 10 years in my parents' basement and smells rather musty as a result. I'd love to wash him, but the problem is, I have no idea how. As for the teddy bear: He's most likely mostly filled with wood shavings, and he has a thing inside his body that makes noises when you tilt or turn the bear, i.e., when you move him. Obviously, it's not electrical, but I don't know what the noise is made of, and I don't want to break it.

Fortunately, the poor guy has no stains or other visible dirt, so he just needs to get rid of his basement smell 🙂

If anyone has an idea that doesn't involve a ridiculously expensive professional cleaning, I'd be incredibly grateful. Thanks in advance, and good night! <3

Here's another picture of the teddy:))

1. Use brushes or vacuum cleaners to remove dust.

Two. Sprinkle Teddy with baking powder, leave to rest overnight and then suck or brush to remove the smell.

3. Let Teddy dry in a ventilated place, but not put in direct sunlight.

4. If necessary, clean stain-wise with a mild soap solution and ensure that no liquid enters the electronics.

Five. After cleaning check electronics and if necessary get professional help.

It is important to be careful not to damage the teddy, and to ensure that it is safe and functional after cleaning.
