How does an anorexic person suppress his hunger?

Hello,

I know, a bit of a strange question, but I'm really interested in how an anorexic person suppresses their hunger?

For example, I'm practically always hungry, or I could just eat something all the time. But how do the people mentioned above simply turn off their hunger?

If I don't eat anything for a long time, it makes me feel slightly depressed, but how can I simply go for days without feeling like I'm "dying"?

Maybe there are even people here who are affected themselves.

Best regards

They simply hold it out, ignore it, distract, but some even like the feeling of hunger and it fulfills them because it is a sign of discipline and success for them.

This is of course ill and should be treated urgently. What I don’t mean to those affected.

If you’re distracted and in stress, you can’t feel hunger (I don’t at all).

Mage addicts are in long-term stress with their reflections on how to lose weight, whether you might not have inhaled 3 g…. I also think that a possible feeling of hunger confirms them and possibly even releases lucky hormones. People are sick now, so the body is different.

She distracts herself, a friend of mine was mad(you’re good again) and wanted to do a lot more so she’s distracted and doesn’t think so much about food

The feeling of hunger is unpleasant for ordinary people, but for magensists this is a confirmation. You feel superior because you don’t have the need to give in to the feeling. In addition, you still eat very little calories. Some also drink with water or calorie-free limes “satt”
