How do I convince my parents to get an A1 driving license?
I'll be 16 in two months and I really want to get my A1 license so I can ride a 125cc motorcycle when I'm 16. The problem is, my parents aren't quite ready to let me do it yet. They think I can do it, but they're too worried that other road users will be responsible for me. Do you have any tips on how I can change their minds?
Parents can allow everything, only the question is who should pay all this.
driving license, (used) mopped, protective clothing, gasoline, insurance, inspection, spare parts, we talk about from 5,000 to 10,000 euros the Over two years.
By answering them, pedestrians, cyclists or electric scooters live dangerously in the city.
It is often the case that parents reject the motorcycle from concern about the Knautschzone, but in the same breath they expect a 12-year-old scrap car as a starter, which ultimately represents a higher risk to road traffic.
You are more independent and don’t always have to ask your parents if they can drive you somewhere. (Ferienjob e.g.) If you are already able to learn with a quite “small” machine, to act correctly in different situations and then drive more safely with a larger bike. If there is a slider (which will give it :)) it does not hurt so much in contrast to a larger, more expensive machine and you learn to screw on the motorcycle. That’s why I wouldn’t buy a new motorcycle at the beginning (you usually sell it after the two years). However, it is not only necessary to think for themselves, but also for others, because, apart from the protective clothing, one has nothing around it. In addition, the sample time starts, you don’t have a sample time with BF-17 only one year or with B.
I wouldn’t do the A1 at your place. Wait till you’re 16 1/2 so you can do BF17 and then at the same time save the A1 there you can save more money and for a year more or less does not arrive. I’m just doing my A2 and it costs almost as much as my class B seem “then”… which is quite annoying because in two years I’ll be back 500 Table for the open.
And motorcycle rides aren’t without, you’re going to be overlooked very quickly and when you’re getting on your mouth, you don’t have a crumb zone… the protective clothing is very little when you’re driving 50 against a car.
Bf 17 is the largest scrap. I would now make A1 in his place and with 18 A2 (something is cheaper) and B. With 20 in interest still A.
And BF17 is the biggest scrap because?
It makes a lot more sense to make class B & A2 at once instead of now making A1 then in 2 years increasing to A2 and then again class B and then to make A again?
There he goes 4x to the driving school….
EInfach BF17 & A2 zsm make and then add A in 2 years… DAS is much cheaper and more efficient.
Especially when driving a car nowadays is very important for many professions and in winter you don’t always want to sit on a bump… but everyone has his opinion.
With the Scooter Schein on the one hand it is not possible to drive roadways or motorways, which means that mobility is again greatly restricted in the country. In addition, one is through and through a traffic obstacle and the risk of accidents increases.
“The registration fees will also fall away when I make B and A2 together.”
That is why questioners should also make Bf17 & A2 zsm ?
Especially when it comes to mobility, he can also drive scooters with class B that is more than enough to get anywhere without parents.
My path as I have described is, in my opinion, the most meaningful, but as the last end is made, it is not my decision.
If you’re lucky and drive well, after you’ve done A1, you just have to make a ride lesson + check for A2 in the same for A. So it’s not very expensive.
My biggest problem is that you’re not mobile with Bf17 than without your parents having to sit in the car. They can also drive right there.
I only get my own mobility at 18, but at A1 I already have 16. In addition, A2 is much cheaper with 18 if you have already made A1. The registration fees also fall away when I make B and A2 together.
A is a driver’s license you don’t have to have because you can already move relatively “big” motorcycles with A2. Even if you want to do this, it becomes cheaper due to the preoccupation of A2.
If we look at the original question again, we see that the mobility factor for the questioner is apparently more important than the cost factor. I would also like to emphasise that your method is not significantly cheaper, just a little cheaper but a little more inefficient as you lack 2 valuable years of bicycle experience that you could not make up with the Bf17 year. That’s why Bf17’s money prefers to invest in A1.
