How do you wear hand-knitted socks?

Hello!

Hand-knitted socks are considerably thicker than store-bought socks, and I was wondering how and where they're best worn? Do you wear them barefoot indoors or in bed, or do you wear them outside in shoes that are a size larger?

Thank you!

You can wear them like you want to fit them in your normal shoes

The same way you can wear them:

… without shoes in house or bed or outside in shoes which are larger

In my winter shoes also fit wool socks, which are extra a little bigger because (to) tight shoes make cold feet and I prefer to wear warm socks when cold.
At home I carry the wool socks in the lambskin powders, a blessing on cold tile floors.
Socks in bed don’t go if there is too cold comes a warmer bottle with under the ceiling and crisp, cuddly 😀

self-knitted socks are not thicker than normal socks.

more natural, you usually only wear the very thinst summer socks.

it is worn in its winter shoes, rubber boots, hiking and hiking boots.
