Hello Sevi22,

After I’ve tried a lot, I’ve landed on my current concept, which gives me so brilliant added value, like more energy, more beautiful skin, firm fingernails, restful sleep and much more.

Hello.. No dietary supplements I don’t take anything.

If the doctor finds a deficiency on the basis of a blood count, I get these vitamins prescribed.

The doctor must then make a substitution therapy and prescribe the tablets zb D3 or B12, etc, until the deficiency is eliminated.

High-quality dietary supplements gave me a great boost healthily and I like to take them regularly.

But it is important to know that there are great differences in quality in dietary supplements. You should pay attention. So not necessarily take the cheap from the drugstore.

Food supplements should not be taken without medical advice. Without a proven deficiency, it can even be dangerous.

A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are much more effective!

I always take magnesium+potassium of double heart. I don’t take it, my heart sometimes stumbles. No matter how many bananas I eat.

I’m taking dietary supplements because I have to. These are prescribed to me by my doctor.

Otherwise – stolen money!

There are serious scientific studies that nutritional supplements – including all vitamin preparations – can even be harmful.

Vitamin preparations/food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Healthy people have never used this stuff. Not even if you don’t eat healthy.

Earlier – before Anno Piefen lid – vitamin preparations should compensate for deficiency states. Today, the advertising promises well-being and health care. The only ones who have a well-being are the manufacturers who earn a golden nose with these superfluous food supplements.
