Call the phone provider and balance the amount. 👍😎

Small note, if the account balance is not enough, the rebooking is not “foreign” but has a clear background. Drive up the money, apply proactively to your creditor and offer immediate payment.

My words explain the system, they apply regardless of the amount.

Call and ask for the account balance or call the invoices online. Frequently, reloading costs come up.

Transfer the amount as soon as possible. Balanced accounts do not trigger notices.

Yes, take the same details. Important is e.g. the customer number and thanks to the reloading costs. Could be that they’ve fallen.

I would use the same purpose. The 4 € as a reverse charge cost sounds realistic. A call in the account department/hostline of the provider could also help you. Then you know exactly. Can you look at your customer account?

I would pay the bill immediately by bank transfer, then you save the dunning fees.
