Wie sollte ich mich ernähren?

Hallo Leute,

bin m18 und Wiege 47,8kg

also meine Frage ist was soll ich jeden Tag essen damit ich alle meine Vitamine und was man so für den Körper braucht zu mir nehme und ist es sinnvoll Protein Shakes zu trinken ?

Much vegetables, dairy products, eggs and sufficient fish, as well as meat.

Well, chicken is, if you don’t care, extremely fat and little nutritious. You should always prefer fish.
