How should I tell my parents?

Hi, I may have moderate to severe depression and would like to go to a doctor's office to see if I really have moderate to severe depression.

But I'm afraid to tell my parents and I don't know how to tell them. Can you please help me overcome this fear?

Questions never hurt. Parents always want the best. Explain it to them in peace and they will understand. If you shouldn’t trust yourself, talk to the doctor. You may be able to transfer or at least recommend good therapists.

You may not be able to use the word for the first conversation because it is a little preloaded. Just openly and honestly tell you that you’ve been really bad sometimes psychologically or so bwrite the problem openly and honestly as it is with you right now.

It scares me that you have to go to your parents as a child. Shouldn’t they notice your behavior that you’re not well and ask yourself what they can do so that you’re okay?

Talk to your pediatrician, he’ll discuss all the steps with your parents.

Easy to talk. And it tells what and why.

Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean.

Is there anyone in your family with whom you can talk well? Siblings or grandma. Try to talk to those who suspect depression and your fear to discuss it with your parents.

A phase you mean! No, tell them you’ve had it for longer

How old are you? Can you go to your family doctor alone? the next visit could then be with your parents and the doctor will inform your parents.

Okay.

Who can you talk to better? Mom, Dad, Grandma?

Sit together and then you don’t say that’s okay, you want to go to the doctor.

I wouldn’t mention your “diagnosis”… much too much is ergogled and accepted for itself, and unfortunately the diagnosis of depression is used inflationary…

I would write a letter to your parents and ask them to help. Alternatively, you can also contact your class teacher and ask for help or a social worker at your school. Main thing you say it to anyone who cares you
