How should I formulate the salutation?

Hello everyone!

I'm participating in a wish tree project at a retirement home. It's all anonymous; I just stick the corresponding number on the gift, but I can include a card.

The question is, how do I phrase the salutation? "Dear Senior" sounds kind of silly, and "Dear No. xx" could also evoke the wrong associations.

Do you have any ideas on how I could approach this person? Then please let me know!

Best regards

I would rather not choose an address, but “just” like this:

“Hello, dear residents!”

Greetings and what

“Love sufferers of all older generations in the 2nd century of life”…now my proposal. 😉

😄👍🤗😊 Greetings You too, Chuma!

I know it’s quite long… but it sounds more harmless than: “Hello dear generation of extincts!” …duckunda

We had done so many years ago at school – I still know exactly what I wrote because I was standing before the same thought. I just got “Green Christmas Days and all good wishes offer you … (first name)” on the map. Completely neutral, but certainly not a mistake.

This can certainly be formulated and modified in some way, but I would recommend such a completely arbitrary copying – it is of course not particularly personal, but reads more liquid than a “honored lady, dear Lord…” or similar formulations. Evil will not be to you whether such a generalization; it counts the gesture. You can make this quite appealing with a beautiful card and Christmas stickers.

Dear roommates, I might write, although I don’t find seniors bad as an address.
