What is your washing routine?

I'm a "laundry beginner" haha, and this is what it looks like for me

I wash:

Towels, dishcloths, underwear etc. at 90 degrees

Bed linen at 60 degrees

T-shirts, sweaters, (not heavily soiled trousers) etc. at 30 degrees

Strong smelling trousers, sweaters, (rarely T-shirts) + socks (normal socks and tennis socks) at 40 degrees

Used a regular liquid detergent for everything.

Always wash everything with a hygiene cleaner from Sagrotan

For white laundry, I always add a little bit of Vanish Oxy Action powder.

Is there anything I can do better, or how do you do it? I'd be interested to know.

Best regards 🙂

I’ll make it a little different. There’s only 60 degrees of full-wear and a full-coloured laundry. In the 60 degrees of laundry everything comes in, which is not colored laundry. I may still sort the colored linen by colors if I know that individual pieces of laundry could lose colors, while I wash dark things together and bright things together. But I don’t know what items of laundry are losing color and which aren’t.

Then the topic detergents, liquid detergents are bullshit. The Stiftung Warentest has already found that powder detergents are much better. We have been using the Aldi Tandil in the family for over 40 years and this is available in a colourful detergent version and in a full detergent version.

You can really forget all the advertising promises in advertising television from the detergent manufacturers.

It is important, however, that you differentiate between full washing agent and colour washing agent, because full washing agent has bleaching agent in it and that makes for disinfection and pale stains better.

Bunt washer has no bleach in it. And you have to know that if you have, for example, stinky pieces of laundry, then I would basically give them to the full wash depending on the color.

In general, however, you must also observe the laundry labels on each item of laundry. There it is like washing with which temperature and with which washing program.

Hi.

so cooking linen and towels etc at 90

Bed linen 60

normal clothes 40 (Mix)

Cover and Badteppich 30 (15min program)

Use only powder detergents for color or even universal (cooking + bed linen) and softeners

at the 15min program I take liquid detergent

I cut by colors and use.

Towels and towels: 60°.

Cleaning lobes: 60°.

Bed linen: 60°, with guests with some softener

Socks, underwear, homewear (mix): 40°.

Jeans, T-shirts and other more special streetwear: 30° easy care.

Towels, crockery tabs, underpants etc at 90 degrees

60° are completely sufficient. In addition, the underpants do not hold 90°.

I only use powder detergents once full detergent and once color detergent

Otherwise similar to you. Sort by colors: bright, white, black/dark, red 30°C sometimes 40°C

Bed linen and towels 60°C

Cleaning lobes 60°C

White linen 95°C

Yes, so far everything has always been clean. And I just wear socks for a day. You can also wash 40°C if the rest of the clothes are at this temperature. I usually wash at 30°C.

Use a normal liquid detergent for everything.

I won’t do that. I don’t like gray laundry or faded colors.

Towels, crockery tabs, underpants etc at 90 degrees

Exaggerated, only in exceptional cases, e.g. gastrointestinal infect, I would wash 90 degrees.

Hygiene cleaner is superfluous.

Vanish Oxy Action in white laundry I also do, but then also with washing powder for white laundry.

Above all, wash is only when the Wamaschi is full.
