How to enjoy sex again without Coke?

I used cocaine for about three years, always in conjunction with intense masturbation, hours of texting with women, and sex. Those feelings of horniness were truly intense and unique.

Now I want to stop but I'm wondering how I'll ever be able to enjoy sexual activities like sex or masturbation without cocaine.

I can remember a time before I started using cocaine when I would get really horny and feel intense horniness. Since I've been doing all this on cocaine, I can't really enjoy sexual activity while sober.

So what to do?

Have you ever tried to take no cocaine longer and then have sex again? So really long to be abstinent from the drug? I personally know many cocaine addicts… I know many of them also have rough self-worth problems etc. – they cover them with cocaine. You need to work up all the problems and your brain needs to normalize, back to normal, before you can restore the earlier feeling. Cocaine is a hard drug, it’s not that easy to get away from it… neither physically, nor psychologically…

Do you think this is going without any help?

I would now have only the advice had come to my mind to deal with a therapist or sex therapist.

Yes, many drug addicts create a withdrawal on their own – provided they really want it and have a new alternative life plan. Many listen, for example, to smoke from one day to another, I myself drank alcohol for years and then immediately stopped for half a year, even regarding sex or porn or computer games I have cold withdrawals behind me. You create this and therapists bring only something if you need a guide to do it, but they help you very rarely carry out and are only paid for listening and smiling.

Hello! The tricky thing is that sexuality and consumption in your head are very strongly linked. Resolving this link is not always easy. The idea of experiencing sex/SB for a time consciously without cocaine is certainly a good first step if you want to solve it on your own. To do without consumption in general is certainly sensible. I would also recommend you to look for professional support if it doesn’t work that way alone. This can, for example, be a search counselling agency, as has already been written in another comment. In some major cities, there are also counselling centres or ambulances on the topic “Chemsex” (the combination of sex and substance consumption) that are more familiar in the specific context. If I can help you find a point of contact near you, write me in private chat.

It’s been, it’s been a long time behind me, but sex always goes, I’ve been “almost” clean for 6 months, but I didn’t have any problems with that.
