Orthographically, 5:0 half-time is correct. This, however, looks stupid and it is difficult to read, so a change of title, such as 'at 5:0 at half-time', would probably be the more elegant solution.

The Duden says that a hyphen is required for number-word combinations. But that just looks like ah*** in the case. I'd let him go, or better write "… half-time of 5:0".

You even drop the personal pronoun "I" and just reflect the verb – some native speakers don't even notice that personal pronouns are missing… However, as you had to learn the language including "I" and "you", it's more a conscious decision with you, or the result is that you just go in the direction C2 and don't need to think what you say.
With your knowledge of German, you can make mentioning calm ^^
