Wie schreibe ich ein Auto auf meinen Namen um?
Hallo, ich habe ein gebrauchtes Auto gekauft, welches noch nicht abgemeldet war. Ich möchte es gerne umschreiben.
Dazu brauche ich
– einen gültigen Personalausweis des Halters (der von dem Vorbesitzer? Auf den Papieren ist er ja noch der Halter)
– eVB-Nummer
– gültige TÜV-Papiere
– bisherige und spätere Kennzeichenschilder
– SEPA-Einzugsermächtigung des Halters (vom Vorbesitzer? Er hat schließlich bisher die Steuern bezahlt) bzw. kann man diese durch den Kaufvertrag ersetzen. Die Vorbesitzerin wohnt weiters weg und man benötigt die Original-Unterschrift, Scannen ist ungültig.

Hi, when I reregistered my last car, which was still registered, I only needed the HU report (TÜV) the insurance number, the papers of the car and the old and the new signs. The form of tax was kept in the place of admission and of course a person of mine.
From the last holder you don’t need anything because you can present the (old expression) car bill and letter as proof that you are the owner of the car and not the zB bank.
This with the tax regulates the customs aleine without doing away with you.
No, you need DEINEN ID and DEINE bank details for the SEPA direct debit.
