Hello!

So first, you’ll see if you’d rather have the risk of thrombosis or not.
Factors that speak against taking combination pills, micropills and co are e.g.: pre-disorders in the family, smoking, overweight etc.

If the doctor finds that there is nothing of the risk factors, then taking is also unthinkable. However, it will no longer be worrying if you suddenly change certain things, e.g. with smoking, slip into overweight and and and.

If you’re so afraid of estrogenous products, let’s prescribe the mini pill:)

This monopreparation works with only one hormone – the gestagen – differently from a combination pill and/or micropille. These contain a gestagen and estrogen.

In the case of the gestagens one distinguishes between Levonorgestrel, Desogestrel and Drospirenon. Levonorgestrel has no antiandrogenic effect – so does not act against male hormones and thus has no positive but also no negative influence on the skin.

Desogestrel acts rather androgen – even more pushing for the male hormones – can therefore rather favor/enrich skin impurities and acne.

Not so long now there is a mini pill with the active ingredient Drospirenon on the market. Drospirenon is known for its antiandrogenic effect – suppresses male hormones – and thus has a positive effect on skin impurities and acne.

There are also pills without increased thrombosis risk.

The question is, however, “Does it really seem to be a contraceptive to the hormone balance because of skin problems? Do you really want to fight your skin problem or do you need a safe prevention alternative?

If it’s just the skin problems, you better contact a skin doctor. The problem can also be tackled without the antibaby pill 🙂

I have been struggling with real acne vulgaris since the drop of the pill from 5-6 years ago – that is hormonal acne. I’m with the skin doctor and get EpiDuo Gel and Zynerith prescribed regularly. This is a great combination and the skin is a lot better! Unfortunately, it gets worse in the period, I understand what you mean.

I myself, however, also need a safe method of contraception, as I became unintentionally pregnant at the beginning of the year. Therefore, I decided now for the mini pill with Drospirenon “Slinda”. I start with my next period and I am curious. But I am also afraid, as I also tend to hypochondria due to my anxiety disorder with panic disorder. But I’m afraid it’s worsening the psyche. 😅

A trombosis can always occur, whether you take the pill for the first time, for 10 years or once again for 1 month. If you’re so scared and want to take the pill just because of impure skin, I’d let it be. You can treat this naturally and not only suppress it by the pill. This is such a bullshit from the doctors to give such a strong drug because of a few pimples. Even with acne, this is disabled. What’s that for? It suppresses the symptom, the cause remains and is sometimes even worsened by the pill (unpure skin usually comes from the intestine, which is damaged by the pill). If you put the pill back you have the same problem as before and maybe even worse

Take a look at this, put off the pill (which doesn’t get you as I said) and look at your intestine, let the hormones check, let the micronutrients check (and always let the results pass)

And with the pill you suppress your hormonal problem. The pill won’t help you. And with a mager addiction before, side effects are more likely because you lack immunocontaminants with very great probability. Look at the posts. You can still decide to just take the pill, don’t hurt you, but if you’re looking for a really sustainable solution for your problem, then you’ll find this solution. Anti-inflammatory diet, stress management, lady build-up, liver bitters, drug check
