Hello David

How bad is it when you smoke a cigarette?

It’s harmful to health…

More than 120,000 smokers die prematurely of their tobacco consumption every year in Germany.

A single cigarette will not affect a healthy adult. The problem is that it often does not remain with this one cigarette.

With every next cigarette, it’s a game with the fire. Believe me, tobacco addiction is something nobody needs… and you certainly don’t want to have. Be aware of this.

Already the smoke of a single cigarette can produce first symptoms of withdrawal symptoms. The emphasis can be on. People are individual. Each person reacts differently accordingly. Smoking can lead to high tobacco dependence. This is expressed both physically and mentally.

Now to tobacco dependency. Nicotine usually does not lead to any dependencies except for smoking or tobacco consumption.

Whether nicotine sprays, nicotine plasters, nicotine gums, e-cigarettes, tomatoes, potatoes or eggplants, there are all products with nicotine, with the e-cigarette only optional. The consumption of these products does not lead to dependencies. That is why one does not speak of nicotine addiction, such does not exist. It’s a tobacco dependency.

The fact that tobacco consumption leads to dependencies is that the tobacco industry is artificially changing the characteristics of nicotine. This is done by several hundred additives which are mixed in each tobacco, each cigarette. If it is not contained in the tobacco, then in or on the paper. Various of these additives are addictive amplifiers. These affect the properties of nicotine. In addition, interactions between one another occur.

Millions of smokers worldwide are trying to stop and don’t make it. They would like to reverse the time to reverse this one, but decisive error in their lives, ever caught up with smoking…

Good to you… and stay healthy.

Greeting, RayAnderson 😉

So I’m sure I don’t want to encourage you to smoke or move, but if it’s at the intervals and then really is just 1 I wouldn’t find it worrying. Would you rather ask me why?

The breaks play no real role, because the damage occurs during use. Only the period until it becomes noticeable will be delayed.

In order to present your question extremely covered, you could also have wondered if it is a concern to have a sip of sulfuric acid approved every few months. (Only you would have a much stronger effect here after a short time.)

Each cigarette shortens life 15min.

Make sense with drugs

Some smokers are still 100+ and over 50% of lung cancer patients have never smoked 🙂

Some smokers are still 100+

TOTAL

But individual skills and exactly what you write here are never representative.

The people who already die at 60 or earlier will be happy to forget. It’s hardly reported.

The fact is that smoking is harmful to health and reduces the life expectancy of smokers.

A single cigarette hardly damages. The real problem looks different and already affects a cigarette, because this is the extreme dependence on smoking. I described this in detail.

This is called cognitive dissonance. His behaviour is justified by individual cases. If you do it anyway, don’t ask about the effects, I’ll advise you about it and I’m just saying that you’re doing health.

Cigarettes promote disease or damage……but where is written that it shortens the life of every smoker by 15 minutes? Even my family doctor is an opportunity smoker……

Sorry Anja,

I have a mistake with my comment. I’ve read your somewhat unusual formulation incorrectly.

Of course, it is correct that cigarettes damage to express it with my words.

Cigarettes promote disease or damage…

FALSCH!

More than 120,000 smokers die prematurely of their tobacco consumption every year in Germany.

…but where is written that it shortens the life of each smoker by 15 min?

It’s called statistics.

Calculating it for minutes and then as absolute is of course not correct, because it remains a flat-rate statistics. The fact is that smokers have a lower life expectancy.

Believe in the BZGA, there was some advertising. If the voices were, all smokers would be between 40-60 death depending on the amount:)

That’s what you’re saying.

Sure.

but I have a mistake. That comes from reading too fast.

Of course, it is correct that cigarettes promote the disease, so it is harmful.

What do you think that more than 120,000 smokers die of their tobacco consumption every year in Germany?

It does not matter internally or externally.
