Psychopathen haben keine empathie empfinden und spüren nicht wie der gegenüber sich fühlt, trotzdem sagt man das sie Menschen lesen können und somit perfekt manipulieren können.
Das ist doch ein Widerspruch in sich, wie funktioniert das?

Empathy and empathy are not the same.

No is not a contradiction. Some psychopaths are capable of functional empathy (understand the concept behind it). They can’t really feel.
They have no compassion and can’t suffer, but they understand what’s going on emotionally with others. Whether a bag of rice falls or a baby is decapitated is the same for them. They don’t care.

I think you’re confusing psychopaths with sociopaths. Because they don’t have empathy.
