Why didn’t he buy himself if he’s so “good”?
If you deserve so well, you can pay off the debt and reclaim the money from the father if necessary.
If necessary, go to a public debt counselling.
I don’t really understand your problem.
My problem is that even if I earned well everything was included what will go I got married and need furniture and still a lot more the next few months I can’t pay any debt. With my father I have no contact as he would throw us all in a pot for even 1 cent more, which is why he apparently didn’t just buy it that way, but guess about my name. Apart from the apartment deposit etc., I live with my single mother and must also come up here for bills and other things. I can’t pay off the debt and my father won’t give it to me
“individual” mother?
How old are you and why do you pay their bills?
Why are you paying bills for the mother?
Doesn’t she have income?
I am 20 and I pay bills like the Internet or part of the rent as well as part of food
If you can no longer increase your income, you will start removing expenses to have as much money as possible for debt cancellation. This also means removing sponsorship for your partner, or at least reducing it. If he doesn’t understand, your marriage won’t be much better than your father’s relationship.
Then it’s for debt relief. The highest cost/interests are first up. Where it is going to make rats agreement, offer deduction payments and possibly borrow. Even consumer loans in banks are often cheaper than debts to lawyers or courts. But always judge the individual case. In any case, it applies: to take care of it, to make contact and to comply with agreements.
Doesn’t make sense. If your father were wealthy, he could have bought everything without any advice. I can only advise you, stop paying for others. Not for your father and not the rent for your friend. Then you can pay your debt first.
My father is wealthy due to the heritage he has received abroad. He wanted to pay for everything he had done up to a certain point, then I got engaged and he meant who can be engaged can also pay his father’s debt because the child’s duty is blazing
No, it’s not your duty. How does he get to your bank details? Whoever is wealthy doesn’t pay in rates anyway.
+ as far as the wealthy thing is concerned, my father is a man who would throw his children into the fire for a few cents more exactly that he did. I also rely on the heritage because I also have my part (approximately 150k) but he stole it from me and there is also a judicial procedure abroad. There is more gold with the gold and the private savings I would have 400k and I left myself blindly on it
He had my bank card since I was abroad and even if I hadn’t given it to him he had already had it before I got my account with 14 through his signature
Paying your schools. Easy, right?
Yes wow you funny bird the specific question was, however, what steps I have to go to pay it off as I have no idea WO the debts are all because my father had my bank details and most pages where to tap install can’t make an identity check
You will certainly receive weekly invoices and reminders. The whole collection of sharks will also report to you.
Complete, assign everything, and close a comparison with a debtor advice, where you pay a fixed monthly fee to the debtor counselor or lawyer, and who takes care of everything.
