Or are you talking about abuse of prescription drugs? Then professional help would be more sensible!

I would expect more pronounced effects. This means both effects and side effects. 80 mg at once is much more than 20 mg at once. From such an extreme dose increase you can only guess.

Atemdepressive overdose symptoms may occur.

Safer Use would be if an uninvolved person has Naloxon for emergency.
By the way, you can easily halve and even quarter with a ‘tablet cutter’ Oxycodon.

M.W.n. there are oxycodon varieties with different retardation forms which do not release the active substance immediately when the tablet is split. A release can happen at resolution, rather not when sharing.
