Stupid question, but I always wash my clothes at 40 degrees, and I have one item that can only be washed at 30 degrees, but I don't want to do a full machine wash for just one item. And now I want to know if the item (a vest) can be damaged by 40 degrees……
Usually bed linen once a week or every two weeks. Depending on whether summer or winter is. And use towels after each.
Bed linen 1x in two weeks – In summer 2-3x a week
Towels 1-2x in 2 weeks
bed laundry every week with blanket

My neighbor and I have no washing machine.
We had the idea of changing our used bed and underwear weekly and towels.
