Because energies stick to it that I want to get rid of quickly. Therefore, you should wash bed linen and also clothes regularly, even if they are not dirty.

Then if it is necessary in summer when you sweat maybe every week, in winter it can also be every 2 weeks.

I’d never come up with the idea of asking strangers how often they change their beds.

There is nothing better than cleaning up in freshly washed bed linen.

what does this have to do with open or closed to strangers?

You asked how many others changed their bed linen.

Actually every week – there are exceptions of course!
If I sleep at home for 3-4 days, of course, the laundry will stay longer.

In summer every week ( because of sweat) in winter more like every 10-14 days. But no longer

Well, I think it’s normal. You sweat and always lie with the head / face in the pillow

😂 I think so. I’ve seen accommodations, so I wondered how long the sheets are on it. So the pattern of bed linen seemed to me somehow familiar from my youth. Didn’t know there’s anything left. But really didn’t look fresh anymore.

I find bed linen completely overrated.

About every three weeks, analogy to my solid wash days.

It’s just more pleasant to sleep in pretty fresh sheets.
