Not at all. This can be evaluated as a kill.

If I have left glue in front of me on the highway, I still make it 1-2x, but without going down tight and even if there are really good ways to change the track. As usual, you should also point out his misconduct.

This can not only be evaluated as a kill, the IST kill!

Wrong, see para.2 and 3 para. 2 STVO.

Paejexa

Not necessarily. With sufficient distance (e.g. on the highway), 2-3x light horn is absolutely legitimate.

Callidus89

But giving light horn alone to drive someone faster is a clear case of foolishness.

Not necessarily. I quote the StVO § 16 Paragraph 1 sentence 2:

sound and luminescent signs may only give, who sees himself or others at risk.

Quite swayymptomly expressed, and thus in its interpretation very dependent on the circumstances.

Example: If someone with his car crashes at 60 km/h on the left lane of the highway, although the traffic situation allows much higher speed, this is clearly a danger. To move the veil with a light horn for quick driving or least track change would be right. Keeping density remains, of course, prohibited.

Other example: Highway full on the right track, 130 km/h is allowed. Someone’s driving on the left with 130 km/h. Someone wants to pass from behind and put light horn in. Clear case of killing. Because the forerunner could only comply with the request by means of illegal means (either speed limit or by cutting and endangering drivers on the right track).

The distance plays only one Additional Role. But giving light horn alone to drive someone faster is a clear case of foolishness.

HugoHustensaft

If this is not ruled out because of the traffic situation, you may use the light horn once to display your overtaking intention – but multiple use regularly fulfills the deeds of the killing and is therefore not advisable.

Acts of killing

Only with too little distance and/or too frequent light horn

Gegsoft

In certain cases, the abuse of the light horn fulfils the negligence of the offence acc. §240 StGB and is punished with imprisonment up to three years or with a fine.

This also includes urls.

As long as he gets into the iron before you to show you, he can be even slower.

Once away from the law, well, it is quite possible, depending on the occasion or location, 99,Periode9% feel triggered by something like this.

This has practically the effect, in no case at all, that will lead to faster driving. You’ll get exactly 0.

You’re risking that he’s gonna slow you down, pull you out of the car and get a few on his mouth.

You can see the following in road traffic:

Don’t talk to others, don’t talk to anyone and don’t blink to anyone. Never, in no case, this will lead to a satisfactory reaction or change of behavior. On the contrary, there are massive risks.

So let it – okay – unless you’re looking for a fight, then just to… but don’t complain afterwards, from now on you know it.

In this sense…

In certain cases it is quite possible:

If the foreman without apparent reason so slowly that he impedes the traffic flow, he commits an offence to Para. 3 para. 2 STVO. In this case, you may point it out by means of a light horn that it may pose a danger to other road users.

bl00dyj0ke

That would be foolishness and debris, so you don’t.

It can be done by approaching the other from a distance, keeping the safety distance and being out of place. Then you can use 1x light horn to announce the overtaking intention.

WECoyote

Once to display an overtaking plan. Not at all because it’s a fool.

SadDad

Not at all. You can only use the light horn remotely to display an overhaul process.

If your foreman moves too slowly, then overtake him on the next occasion.

Doof only if the front man is on the left track on the highway and everything is free on the right.

If a notorious left is driving, give him EINMAL light horn. You can.

If he doesn’t change over, overtake him right. You may not do that, but you will be forced by him (which is also not allowed to drive in the left lane). You can go through him badly.

If the foreman is the civil patrol, it’s too much.

emerel

A good driver doesn’t do that, because that’s forbidden killing and drenching.

Not if you don’t go fast enough then you wait for a good opportunity and overtaking easily without provoking.

Not because it is forbidden in such a case

Munga01

Not at all! That would be a fool.

That’s what you learn in the driving school.

If I’ve got such a debe behind me, I’m gonna drive even more slowly.

Of course you need him. As long as a track can be traversed on the right of you, you cannot drive on the left track.

This micha has really set out a perfide ignorance of reality and does not understand the question. He did that with me too, and here too he turns into a monkey. It’s strange what people have on GF!

micha259

Yes. If there is a danger from the slow driver, it may be pointed out by means of a light horn.

AshleighHoward

in this situation absolutely not.

micha259

Yes, if:

The Road Traffic Regulation (StVO) allows only two situations for the use of the light horn in § 16 StVO on the subject of warning signs:

If drivers see themselves or others at risk.

If you want to overtake outside closed villages (so also § 5 para. 5 StVO).

And point one can be at Para. 3 par. 2 are completely fulfilled.

micha259

and go as I ask

And that’s exactly what you’re not doing or your answer is simply wrong. There are certain (although extremely rare) situations where the use of the light horn is permitted against slow road users. The whole collectively always to be a fool is legally considered nonsense.

If you don’t understand, just don’t answer, instead of causing false claims.
