Hallo, Bei mir wurde Anfang November eine Eierstockzyste diagnostiziert (zuvor verlängerter Zyklus und Zwischenblutungen). Der darauffolgende Zyklus war fast 45 Tage lang, was für mich nicht gewöhnlich ist. Die periode setzte dann jedoch ein und war relativ stark, dauerte 6 Tage und endete am 16.12.2023. Yeah, with a strong bleeding, it can be normal.

When I’m at home, I change it every half hour/hour. Every hour at school, every two hours. That’s normal, don’t worry. Alternatively, you can also use a tampon that you don’t have to change as often. I usually wear it in school to avoid running out

In the first days most (also I) bleed relatively much, because the bandage is fast full. On the last few days you do not change so often
