Ich habe gearde meine Faschingsbeute gesehen von damals und frage mich wie ich nicht dick geworden bin
Diese Padies müssten grob überschlagen in allen Nährwerten besser als Rindpadies sein.
Ich ernähre mich gesund und achte auf meine Ernährung ab und zu gönne ich mir auch was in der Woche aber esse es nicht täglich dann sehe ich solche Videos was ist eure Meinung dazu übertrieben ?
Wie lange ist Fetakäse haltbar, nachdem er geöffnet wurde? Bin vor paar Tagen erst ausgezogen hahah Google sagt 3 Tage, meine Mutter sagt 1 Woche. Was wäre eure Empfehlung?
Kann ich ein Laugen-Eck und ein Laugenbrötchen, die ich heute (Samstag) an der Backtheke im Supermarkt gekauft habe, am Montagmorgen auf der Arbeit noch essen?

This looks a lot, but I’m pretty sure that you could normally have 3-6 packets/cracks/tocks (depending on what you take) of the sweets a day without coming over its individual calorie limit.
And even if: I don’t accept 5kg, just because I’m 500 calories or so above my limit.
You probably had a high calorie consumption and at the same time not everything at once. This looks like a year on site at least in sweets. I would have shared with others like this for ever, but I don’t know how you did it, but you can stay slender with so much sweetness. It always comes to the period in which you are and whether the basic calorie consumption is not exceeded
