How can I lose weight the fastest and best in one month?

Hey hey, as the question is:

Do you have your own experiences or tips? 🙂

Without fitness, I've already tried the Yazio app but I never manage to eat as little as it always says, I'm always craving it, and I've also tried chia seeds 😞

Kind & helpful answers please! (Maybe there are people who also have this problem losing weight)

If you want to lose weight quickly, eat 500 calories a day. Go fast. Once you eat more, you’ll get fat again. And it’s unhealthy.

So take off slowly. These calorie apps show too little calories. First check on the Internet how much you need about it and keep on it. Make sure you eat balanced and not just fruit or something. Don’t do anything. If you like cookies, eat them. By banishing, the cravings become only more.

Losing as quickly as possible is not the most sustainable way.

It’s like a lot of things. “Male fast” will rarely bring the hoped result.

Instead of consciously bringing the body to the energy deficit…who he learns…and next time again, if there is more directly the reserves, it would be better to permanently change the diet.

So eat healthy. I don’t know your diet. It is just a step in the right direction for at least half a year ALL to avoid sugar. So really 100%!

Drink plenty of water or tea. Generally, a lot of drinking.

Meat consumption (so available) significantly decrease. Do not have to be 0, but not every day meat/ sausage. For that much vegetables, salad etc.

This would certainly be a first step in the right direction 🙂

Above all, it must be balanced:) There’s not DAS a superfood that makes you a supermodel in 3 weeks. Better go the slower way, besides weight, it is important that the body gets all the nutrients it needs to function optimally 🙂
