A break is a distortion.

The Torso is the body structure.

So if you overstress the body structure, the bone, the bone joint,

that can happen through a fall,and then want to catch up,because the wrist is most likely to happen,you have suffered a break or a rebound/distortion.

There are many possibilities.

One of the most common is when supporting on the handball/on the opened hand, usually in case of a fall.

You can also take a stone and knock on it until it’s broken.. there are many possibilities.
