I baked muffins yesterday.
I put them in a plate and then covered them with aluminum foil after they had cooled down.
Today I noticed they have become a little dry.
How should I store them so that the muffins don't dry out?

Hi, the instructions on the back don't say to put the cardboard tray in, just put it on a baking tray. But on the front it says "35 min. In the cardboard tray" The cardboard tray is also coated on the inside and could be a thermoplastic, which would be fatal if it gets hot….

Dann nimmst du halt jeden Morgen einen raus und du hast jeden Tag einen frischen Muffin.
Ja, wäre trotzdem ideal. Jeden Tag einen oder wieviele du essen möchtest auftauen. Am besten ganz kurz in der Mikrowelle antauen, dann kurz backen. Voila.
Finde ich eine ziemliche Energieverschwendung, und unnötigen Aufwand Einfrieren, Auftauen und auch noch aufbacken, jeden Tag, für einen einzigen Muffin, für Sachen die nicht lange aufbewahrt werden müssen…
Wenn man das übrigens falsch macht, z.B. nicht absolut luftdicht, oder dann nen moment zu lange in Mikrowelle oder Backofen, ist es verbrannt, oder erst recht trocken.
Ich habe dafür so eine Haube. Warte, ich schau mal, ob ich ein Beispielbild finde. Mir fällt gerade die korrekte Bezeichnung nicht ein …
Ja, ein Kuchenbehälter:
Geht auch für Muffins, Cupcakes etc.
Normale Kunststoffdose geht auch, ist halt nur nicht so hübsch 😉
Ja, das stimmt. Gibt’s ja auch mit Glas und so. x)
Blechdosen sind gut geeignet.
Pack sie in eine Kunststoffdose, dann bleiben sie frisch 😉
