How to find motivation to learn?

I've been in the Q-phase since this year and had actually resolved to finally do something for school this school year and next. The school year has been going on for almost a month now, and so far, nothing has worked out. I have to hand in a three-page thesis paper the day after tomorrow, but I haven't even started yet.

I've also asked my friends and parents for motivational tips, but the answer I always got was that I should relax and that I'm already good enough.

I have to say that in recent years, I've always had an average grade of 1.2-1.4 without having to do anything in the afternoons or on weekends. I only put in the effort for group projects/group presentations because I didn't want to let the others down. But otherwise, I really didn't do anything, not even submitting research papers or creating a PowerPoint presentation for individual presentations.

I don't think my grades so far are bad, but I do know that I have a chance of getting a grade of zero if I work hard, and I don't want to just throw them away. I just want to avoid regretting later on that I didn't do more for school.

So my question to you is: Do you have any tips on what I could do to become more motivated for school?

Je früher du anfängst, dein Leben zu planen, desto schneller wirst du dein Traumleben haben. Du musst einfach planen, was du willst und es durchziehen, koste es, was es wolle.
