The answer from florestino is already the best here. With an insect screen, you can also tilt your window once. Otherwise just wait until the animals have flew out. This is usually the case at the latest in September. You can find many information about the puppy species and their behaviour here:

If you trust it, best with three hands:

Keep buckets ready with lid. Keep the bucket right under the nest, the lid ready.

Cut the nest with a spatula (or fryer or similar), drop into the bucket and close it immediately.

Otherwise, only the expert remains.

Then there may be no need: then, in a nest box or in a concrete bird house, a drawer in the planting table or another similarly protected place, attach it to the top with a hot air adhesive and support it from the bottom with a wood or a piece of cardboard until it holds there.
