How about “I’m sick today”? In the morning, best before your work started.

You don’t have to specify your illness or be accessible.

Rational, but not necessary: if you can see how long you’re going to do, write it in.

Possibly timely. If you find in the morning that you can’t work, call the company at the start of work and say you can’t come/will.
Then go to a doctor and get you examined. He’ll give you a medical report that says how long you’re incapable of working.
Now you call the company again, and you don’t say much long.

But you don’t have to tell your employer exactly your illness, even if some bosses like to know.

It is important, however, that you give your employer the medical message (usually within 1-3 days).

in any case as soon as possible and by phone at the superior. Unless otherwise agreed, medical messages via WhatsApp or email are invalid.

Say you’re sick, whether you’re going to the doctor or you’ve been and how long you’re probably sick. If you don’t need to say a diagnosis, you can’t tell the AG anything, but of course if you it will.

That you don’t get to work because you’re sick.
