How do you make vegetable oil?

Instant noodles always contain this little sachet of vegetable oil; does anyone know how to make it yourself?

I always find the broth with this simple vegetable dish really delicious.
(But I don't feel like making the noodles every time I feel like using vegetable broth) and regular vegetable broth doesn't really come close. 🙈

Is my question somewhat understandable?

Take a bag of oil and taste it pure. What do you taste? Is the base oil more sunflower, rapeseed or soya oil? Do you taste notes of garlic, ginger, estragon, marjoram or other kitchen herbs, etc? I would guess that you can imitate this with an oil in which you have put appropriate herbs, garlic etc.

You talk about vegetable oil, so you get it everywhere. However, in this case, the manufacturer leaves which is used open.

In the bags, by the way, the spice is, the oil is only the carrier.
