Bread potatoes! They’re much better. Cut into thin slices. Boil in oil or lard.

Spices with salt, vieeel paprika sweet, with chili.

Then add bacon and onions. Continue frying at high level. then try and often turn.

otherwise goes paprika, garlic, salt, cumin

only denk dran knofi,pfeffer and caraway can burn…so only at the end

if you make regular bratkartoffeln, I recommend you only for bratkartoffeln ne gusseiserne pfanne….and use the one for nix different….so the kartoffels become crispy as otherwise never(dek but at first use to burn on 1. because of nonstick)
