Moin, you have to be a registrar and belong to Denic, Icann etc. that costs a lot of money every month. Then you can recommend domain extensions and with luck the ending will be recorded.

Only register, you must have a business, a company or at least a corresponding website and a company that manages the domains for you, such as antagus/nicdirekt/cronon.

To do this, you have to purchase the domain costs an annual fee. And then you need a webspace (Plesk as an example).

A server logically, you could also use a Raspberry Pi and solve the whole thing yourself.

But this is more intended for own use, not for marketing. There’s a lot more to it.

you need to be a registrar, for which fees are too high for most companies. There are the registrare for the individual TLDs.

or do you mean hosting websites? Or does the DNS server run for it?
