Ich habe meine Umsatzsteuer ID vor kurzem bekommen, weil ich ein Gewerbe angemeldet habe und auch außerhalb der EU handele. Nun frage ich mich jetzt, wo genau ich jetzt immer die Umsatzsteuer Steuer ID angeben muss außer jetzt im Impressum. Muss man das beim kaufen von waren irgendwie angeben oder wie ist das?

Hallo, ich möchte gerne selbst designte Emaillepins (Produktion über Firma in England) in Geschäften in meiner Nähe verkaufen lassen. Die Menge würde zu Beginn 100 Stück betragen.   1. For the rooms there is a building permit for use as a restaurant.
  2. You need a restaurant permit from the commercial office. If you have them, you can register the business. For the restaurant permit, you need a location plan of the premises, a guide certificate for presentation to the authority, an extract from the commercial central register and proof of participation in the food handling training at the IHK.
  3. Before the opening, the Veterinary and Food Inspectorate shall take off the restaurant.
  4. At the time of the opening, you have to register with the tax office (via ELSTER).
  5. The trade office may also require the presentation of the rental contract.
  6. No entries that question your reliability may be found in the management certificate and commercial central register.
