Wie löse ich mein seltsames Problem?
Es tut mir leid falls es etwas länger wird, es ist ein kompliziertes Problem.
(Specs: R5 3600, RTX 3060 12 GB, MSI b450 M PRO VDH MAX, Corsair Vengance RGB 16 GB, beQuiet pure power 9 500 Watt, Sharkoon TG4 RGB, Win 11)
Vor ein paar Monaten hat die Beleuchtung (nur am Netzteil angeschlossen) an meinem PC angefangen zu flackern. Mit der Beleuchtung hat auch die Tastatur (USB, direkt am Mainboard, Marke: Steelseries) gespinnt, sie ist aus und angegangen am laufenden Band und hat nicht mehr funktioniert. WICHTIG: Die beiden Fehler treten nur zusammen auf, in egal welcher Situation, die Tastatur und die Beleuchtung sind aber in keinster Weise verbunden. Wenn die Tastatur nicht angeschlossen ist spinnt die Beleuchtung trotzdem und anders herum auch. Wenn man auf den Tisch haut, geht es für 1-3 sek. weg und kommt wieder (vielleicht ein Wackelkontakt?).
Meine Lösungsversuche (alle gescheitert)
- alles vom PC trennen außer der Tastatur (auch Bildschirme)
- Beleuchtung komplett trennen
- die RTX 3060 habe ich vor kurzem erst eingebaut, das Problem bestand aber auch schon vorher
- Ram aus und wieder einbauen
- CPU aus und wieder einbauen
- Grafikkarte aus und wieder einbauen
- Bios resetten
- Windows Neuinstallation
- andere Tastatur (PS2 Anschluss) funktioniert problemlos
Aus meiner Sicht kann es nicht an den Grundkomponenten liegen (sind nicht mit der Beleuchtung verbunden) aber auch nicht am Netzteil, das würde das Problem mit der Tastatur nicht erklären, und alles Andere was am Netzteil angeschlossen ist funktioniert gut. Vielen dank im Vorraus.

A really very stupid problem you’re describing because, as you said, there are no real connections between the flickering of both things.
When lighting flickers and the keyboard goes on and off, this sounds very like an inadequate power supply. It may be that while the mainboard is power, it is too little to supply the USB devices.
Since the two parts are not connected to each other and the power supply supplies the power, I would start there.
My proposal:
You buy a new power supply and build it into your PC. If everything works, you know what it is. If problems still occur, then simply reinstall your old one and send the new one back and get money back. 500W should be enough.
Your problem sounds like a combination of power supply and possibly grounding problems. Here are some steps you could try:
1. Check of power supply: A fluctuating current flow can affect both lighting and USB devices. Check whether the power supply offers enough power for your system, especially after adding the RTX 3060. Even if the problem existed before, the new power supply could have sharpened the situation.
2. Grounding and electrical disturbances: It might be that your PC case or socket to which your PC is connected is not properly grounded. This can lead to disturbances which affect the peripheral devices.
3. motherboard and USB ports: Since a PS2 keyboard works, but USB keyboards are creating problems, the problem could be with the USB ports or the associated components on the motherboard.
4.Cables and connections check: Ensure that all cables, in particular those of the power supply, are fixed and have no damage. A wobble contact, as you suspect, could be the cause.
5. Power supply check: Even if other components function normally, the power supply could be defective or provide unstable voltages. A check with a multimeter or the replacement of the power supply could be helpful.
6. EMI/RFI: Electromagnetic or radio frequency interference from other devices could affect the USB and lighting components.
7. Update firmware of the motherboard and driver: Make sure that your motherboard’s firmware and all relevant drivers are up-to-date.
Well, the common denominator is your MB.
No the lighting is not connected to the mainboard, is controlled via the reset button
Your lighting depends on the NT? Your NT at MB. Your keyboard is connected to the MB via USB. Your MB is the only sensible last way. Exercise but not expensive to trade.
