Hang the brake and release the nuts.

And sorry if you don’t know how to solve mothers: leave it and play with building blocks again.

Actually, you just have to solve the mothers, then you can pull the rim down.

Hang the brake and release the axle nuts. This is all visible what has to be done. You have to buy tools. But don’t ask how a tire has to be pulled up.

I used to work in a bicycle workshop for a year.
But I haven’t seen Murks in my whole life.
If you don’t even know how to solve a mother, why do you touch that?

The answers are already there.
And then your incredible question comes:

How do I clear the mothers?

Yeah, I’m older, but I didn’t. everything on it.
Nevertheless, I recognize that you lack any basic technical knowledge.
And your pictures also make it clear that you also lack the technical vein.
With what you don’t know, you can’t help with advice.
Someone’s got to stand next to you.
You’re breaking your bike!

Press the brake pliers at the top and hang out the brake line. Thus, the brake pliers are sufficiently open that the wheel can be removed.

Now in the middle of the wheel with two 13 fork keys release the nuts.

Wheel down.

The new wheel simply restarts in reverse order.

What part can’t you go? The brake or the axle nuts?

By releasing the Axis.

With matching wrenches.

Otherwise you have to go to a bicycle workshop.
