How do you learn to create a website?
I'd like to get into practice as quickly as possible, perhaps with a book or a tutorial and then into implementation. What would you recommend?

I'm creating a website and need a function that allows users to upload images directly onto the site. Is that possible?
We want to program an internal eBay for clothing. This should only be usable by people with a school email address. How should we start and what should we program it with.
Hi,
there are many ways to learn how to create a website. But there are two trailing directions. Using web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, the one would be to program/develop a website or how to create a website with different tools such as modular or content management system(CMS). You can also extend CMS with programming languages.
What is your goal?
Good, quick and easy to create websites to earn money or to become a good web developer and to understand this and to do everything as you want as a programmer.
There are 2 options:
1.You learn WordPress or another CMS (Content Management System) or you also say modular with Page Builder.
It may not be the most powerful website or the most individual with all functions as optimally possible as an own development but from time and security level it is the best choice to use a finished system such as WordPress or Shopify.
Especially when you become an expert later and know where to turn the rod for better charging times etc.
Regularly perform updates to avoid hackers attacks
2.You learn web development, starting with HTML as a website framework, CSS as styling language and JavaScript (or Php) as programming languages to insert the logic, make it dynamic with events or creating a backend that can communicate with databases.
Then it goes on and on, after the bottom of the stack you will have to read into countless libraries or to take off work Frameworks own like Angular, Svelte, Vue.js, Next.js (React.js).
With the databases you have unlimited selection with MySQL Postgeesql sqllite firebase oracle redis MongoDB etc.
All too rough as I say, reckon with at least 1-2 years until you feel comfortable in a way, and what a good taste can get.
Programming a website itself even if there are useful basic frameworks frameworks libraries takes 15x longer than the click around in a page builder like Elementor or Divi.
Both are not financially worth it, the first can be anyone who has watched a 2 hours video accordingly you are in a shark pool who wants to fight for 3€ hour wage WordPress work.
At the second you are too expensive to people or get as non-worked stupid questions that are not feasible or completely blow up the frame what a single can afford.
My recommendation, let programming and go to study anything else technical Mint but computer science no at least Web Development, if you want to program something else with industry or financial sector.
Or go to construction there are good money for technical professions
A CMS should not be confused with a web kit.
The former is a flexibly expandable system for managing data. It can additionally be equipped with Page Builder tools (like Gutenberg at WordPress), but it does not have to.
On the other hand, a web construction box is strongly restricted in its possibilities (e.g. available modules, Theming, etc.), is usually sold as SaaS or Standalone desktop application and is entirely oriented towards the web as a target platform.
Oh, you probably mean with modular stuff like Strato Webbaukasten or Jimdo Wix etc. Yes, they can be as good as nothing and are also excessively expensive.
WordPress Joomla Typo3 are more powerful CMS and I’ve just said modular with Page Builder. There is a first elementor with Drag and Drop or Gutenberg (I just heard) that you work with some blocks and modules.
But can improve me, just want to express it is worth not as much as you hear and have tipped it quickly on the handy.
“Junior” / Self Taught JavaScript developer or Python developer is available without end.
Companies usually only look for people who really have something on it and have experience.
Even if you don’t become freelancers and even do the education/informatics degree, you still have to be able to sell well.
I think if you do something more with C# or Java, C++ you have to get better precautions in reasonable industries, even if there is a higher entry threshold due to the syntax and all around setting up.
With Seo/Webdesign WordPress Gurus a split to run badly paid jobs on Fiverr is quatsch
Pages like Squarespace and others, so even my mother can build a website.
You may cost a little money, but you get something for it.
Is like Lego to build websites.
Everything is prepared and you just have to arrange everything and choose the design. You can choose all functions
If possible what is free, I’m still minor in law and my mother doesn’t hold anything like that.
Costs will be something anyway, even if creation is free. How do you want to keep the page online? You have to rent a server anyway. Unless you run it over your own PC, it must be switched on constantly, otherwise the website is offline when your PC is out.
You don’t need YouTube and Google anymore. If you want to be good, you have to be able to work independently and find yourself what you are looking for.
Kurds on Udemy are like cycling with support wheels and do not lead to the desired destination.
They save you a little time at the beginning against as much money as possible.
That’s all. ChatGpt is your personal tutor, you can ask him to explain anytime. I didn’t, I only had forums like these
Netlify, GitHub Pages, Vercel for Next.js completely free.
WordPress also goes local or for “test purposes” there is also completely free Php server with databases etc. And subdomain stop
not the most performant but is enough and can do everything in good emails.
otherwise you will get a 1€ / 12 months package to test at Ionos or strato.
May be busy for 24 months.
Ionos also offers a very small Vps for 1€.
Until time is spent, you deserve enough and then also money for education is not wasted.
I just wanted to say it doesn’t hurt to look and do, stackoverflow etc.
Googeln is the most important skill as a programmer. The money can spend on advanced courses.
If you’re using Vercel, you’re just buying a domain individually for couple euro and tying it.
Perfect for Next Js directly from the manufacturer
Voice too, but to make too much yourself is frustrating as an amateur.
Ever done with CSS itself? Sure, there are tools now, but these services are already much better.
Squarespace costs 11€ for 1 month. In time, you’ve finished the page. I don’t know how it looks like hosting. On your own PC it would cost only electricity
Hi, click on SelfHTML to get started, as there are masses of tutorials on HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, etc…

I helped a WordPress tournament with Udemy. It’s also mega easy if you’re busy!
Do you need AI like ChatGPT?
Then you could write in that you need a web page with Responsive Design (the device resolution adapts)…
Or you could write in that you need visual feedback on certain actions like Buttonclick or Buttonhoover…
Or, or…
But I like to learn it myself and am currently at zero.
That’s why you only get examples and ways you can modify it according to your requirements.
