Wie läuft Twitch Copyright?
Hi. Ich habe mehrere Fragen zu Twich Copyright Regeln, weshalb die Frage lang werden könnte. Fangen wir aber direkt an.
1) Kann ich über Amazon Music einfach die Musik laufen lassen, die ich will?
(falls ja) 1a) Werden trotzdem Teile aus meinem VOD rausgeschnitten und kann ich einen Strike bekommen?
(falls nein) 1b) Wie umgehe ich das? Muss ich extra non-copyrighted music laufen lassen? Die meisten Streamer lassen doch alles laufen.
2) Ich habe von einem OBS Tool gehört, mit dem man im VOD die Music ausmachen kann. Wie heißt das und wie stelle ich das ein?

You can use no-copyright Music or just disable your VoDs AND Clips.
Or just get the music rights, some big streamers do that too. But as a small streamer you can’t afford that.
2.You can run the music over a second soundtrack. You can set it up in OBS. Then you hear the music in the live stream but not in the VoD.
Most streamers do that. A legal grey area is used, because a copyright violation must be detected “court-proof”. It only goes with an original video from a Twitch server. So if there are no VoDs/Clips or just a VoD without the music, there is no proof.
Okay, but how do I handle this now? Non copyrighted music?

Or listen to copyright music, which is usually not so horny
