Wie läuft es ab wenn mir jemand in mein Roller reingefahren ist.(Mallagutti Phantom f12)?

eine etwas ältere Dame hat vorhin meinen Roller angefahren.er stand auf einem Parkplatz und sie hat ihn nicht gesehen und ist laut Passanten nach dann einkaufen gegangen. Ich war zur Zeit auch einkaufen und habe es nicht mitbekommen. Ich habe dann die Dame konfrontiert. Ich habe jetzt ihre Versicherungskarte. Weiß jemand, wie es jetzt weitergeht und ob ich jetzt das Geld für die Teile kriege, die kaputt sind? Es ist kein Totalschaden es ist nur die Batterie rausgeflogen der Blinker ist kaputt und sehr viele Kratzer am Lack? Würde mich über eine schnelle Antwort freuen.
