That’s a big deal where you’re going.

A serious association has the dogs on site in a shelter or on care centres. I would never adopt a dog directly from abroad.

If you are interested in a particular dog, there are usually prefabricated contact forms on the homepage, otherwise contact the orga personally via e-mail etc. This will query some key details in which household the dog should come, whether there are children, how the working situation is, whether house or apartment, etc…. and then they will tell you how or whether it goes on. It is best to walk a few times before with the dog to sniff.

There are no fixed rules.

You are connected to the Orga, who will check whether you are suitable for one of the dogs and run the adoption process, or lean away.

With us it was that the dog came to a nursing family, where we visited him several times and then went with him Gassi and eventually we adopted him. I can’t remember more precisely because I was smaller. Love
