Thanks for answering the request.
Yeah, there’s the shakes… they could only drink ice-cooled, and only chocolate, so corrosive I found them.

But you can enrich shakes or even normal meals “high-calorie”. This is actually relatively simple in which, for example Protein powder takes or just add a piece of butter.

Shakes can be done easily. Then you also know what is in it and can choose the flavor freely. A few spoons of protein powder in and you already have a high-calorie shake.

Just like cream soups, yogurts, etc.

Maybe it’s not that much that it’s getting sturdy. But with a good protein powder, you don’t taste it very much, and today there are good plant proteins.

This allows you to increase well…and if you still train next door, the muscles also grow (and thus also weight).

At the time when I was still a nurse, I always liked to do this for cachectic (old, stone-old, seemingly) patients and you could really watch how they got stronger from meal to meal.

Initially, I still worked with a normal, cheap protein powder… so just from chicken egg. When I was a nurse, there were hardly any vegetable proteins, or vegan protein was not known yet.

But for me today, if I don’t have a cock to eat, I’d rather have a shake…

I’m using this right now:

https://www.amazon.de/Eiwei%C3%9Fpulver-Nutri-Plus-Shape-Shake-Proteinpulver/dp/B00JWRX5W/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=veganes%2Bprotein powder&qid=1672948177&sprefix=veganes%2Bprotein%2Caps

I already had:

https://www.amazon.de/Vit4ever%C2%AE-Erbsenprotein-Powder-Einf%Cuch-Price-Erbsen-Proteinisolate/dp/B081ZQGBDM/ref=sr_1_10?keywords=veganes+protein Powder&qid=1672948177&sprefix=veganes+

And I had that too, but I’d rather taste-neutral:

https://www.amazon.de/PROTEIN-WORKS-Vegan-Protein-Vanillecreme/dp/B01N2OK2UH/ref=sr_1_26?keywords=veganes%2Bprotein powder

That was too much for me and too often vanilla 🙂

Tips for taking:

  • If you can’t eat much, often eat (5-6 meals a day)
  • A shake always goes down – can mix your own weight gainer from oat flakes, bananas, peanuts, skyr and milk (3.5% fat).
  • Foods with low volume and high calorie density – clearly below it also falls fast food, but healthier variants would be for example: noodles, avocado, nuts, minced meat, muesli, wraps, chia seeds, cheese…
  • an EL oil already has ~70kcal, so if you simply have burned your food with a spoon more than otherwise easy kcal.
  • and otherwise you can only guess to eat once more, according to the motto where a will is, is also a way. With your size and weight, you won’t have to eat soo much to take. As long as you grow slowly, but constantly, you’ll be able to do that.

You can’t answer how fast this is. I would say 500gr per week.

Are you doing strength training?

You can’t just say that because it comes to many things like your metabolism etc.
