Dry grass can be stored in a glass with screw cap or in a dietary supplement tube for several years. Light and air exclusion are important.
Fresh grass should only be dried for 10-14 days to about 10% residual moisture before being stored as above.

This depends on the storage conditions, in moisture and heat, the stuff is muffled after a few days.

Cool, dry but at 58-62% humidity, and protected from light are probably possible up to 24 months without significant quality loss.

However, I have only read this, because I have only occupied myself with longer camps as part of the partial legalization.
