My scooter is currently going 45kmh and if I do the 25kmh we would have to throttle it down. The 25kmh costs about 200€ and the 45kmh about 800€ Is there a difference between the driving licenses in terms of the test or driving lessons?
Would you have to restart the moped or what would you do then?
