Wie lange hält die Wirkung von Pantoprazol an?
ich habe ein riesen problem. aufgrund starken regelschmerzen bin ich auf schmerzmittel angewiesen. ibuprofen funktionierte sehr gut, allerdings hat mein magen es nicht vertragen, weswegen ich nur noch paracetamol nehme (2-3 tabletten im monat). sicherheitshalber nehme ich vorher pantoprazol. nur kann ich nie genau voraussaagen, wann ich meine periode bekomme. es ist schon mal vorgekommen, dass ich 7 tage hintereinander panto geschluckt hab, weil ich dachte „ok jetzt bekomm ich sie“ und dann war da doch nix. durch die 7 tagige einnahme hatte ich im nachhinein durch das panto extreme beschwerden. schwindel. appetitlosigkeit. migräneartige kopfschmerzen. seitdem nehme ich höchstens 2 und es ist seit monaten auch nichts mehr passiert. nur hab ich heute meine 3. genommen und bekomm einfach meine tage nicht. ich möchte keinenfalls eine 4. nehmen. die 3. war heute morgen. mal angenommen, ich nehme morgen früh (nach 24 std) paracetamol. würde das panto nach 24 std noch wirken? und ja paracetamol ist magenfreundlich, allerdings hab ich ohne panto selbst damit probleme (bekomme dann immer magenschleimhautentzündung)

Only the acid rises in the stomach after eating and the last meal in the evening is then more than 16 hours after taking pantoprazole and not 24 hours. A new tablet of pantoprazole is provided for breakfast (1 hour before).
Please clarify your pain situation with your doctor. Especially in the case of regular pain, a combination of several substances is often necessary, especially a spasm-releasing substance with sufficient potential.
Pantoprazole is also not an all cure of all stomach problems. It reduces the secretion of gastric acid, but this can lead to digestive problems, because gastric acid is now an important part of digestion.
Ibu is part of the NSAR class. These active compounds intervene in prostaglandin synthesis. This in turn is necessary for sufficient gastric protection. In sensitively reacting people it is simply not enough to take pantoprazole or another proton pump inhibitor.
In addition, for a long time, it has been found that such proton pump inhibitors are also not harmless. Amazingly, they increase cancer risk even though they should actually reduce it. There are now meaningful studies.
So you should think exactly what you do and find as different ways as possible.
