The pure flight time from Germany would be between 4 and 5 hours during a direct flight to Yerevan.

According to Wikipedia, there are currently only Vienna as a departure airport for direct flights within the German-speaking region. It would be a good 3 hours flight time from Vienna.

However, most of the connections are interstop, so the travel time depends on how long the transfer time is or where you change. For example, I’ve seen flights over Kiev, that’s on my way. But there are also flights over Paris, so you would first fly in the “false” direction. This allows the travel time to rise to 7-8 hours.
