Auch schon unter 16 (in Begleitung einer pesonensorgeberechtigten oder erziehungsbeauftragten Person).
Ab 16 dann schon unbegleitet bis 24 Uhr.
Wenn sie sich in Begleitung einer personensorgeberechtigten oder einer erziehungsbeauftragten Person befinden, gibt es da keine gesetzlichen Beschraenkungen. Dann duerfen sie gesetzlich also rund um die Uhr.
Viele Clubbetreiber wollen aber grundsaetzlich keine Minderjaehrigen in ihren Clubs haben und stellen darum eigene (strengere) Regelungen auf. Das duerfen sie natuerlich auch.
Personensorgeberechtigt sind in aller Regel nur die Eltern. Erziehungsbeauftragt kann jede volljaehrige Person sein, die von den Eltern des Minderjaehrigen mit dem Erziehungsauftrag ausgestattet wurden. In aller Regel verlangen die Clubbetreiber – sofern sie Minderjaehrige ueberhaupt rein lassen – dass die Erziehungsbeauftragung dann auch mit einem sog. “Muttizettel” nachgewiesen werden muss.
