How long does it take for the shop to send a replacement or get back to you after a missing DHL parcel
It concerns medication from a pharmacy. I first contacted DHL and then the pharmacy, which wrote to me two days later that they would contact me when they had a response from DHL. That was on November 18th. Now, 10 days later, I still have no response, so I sent a registered letter to the pharmacy stating that I have not yet received my medication or prescription.
Since it is an online pharmacy there is no telephone customer service
(One week before, a package containing my mother's medication disappeared on the same DHL scan, but she immediately received a replacement from her pharmacy, which was a different pharmacy.)

Du hast die Antwort quasi schon selbst gegeben.
Es kommt darauf an, wie kundenfreundlich die Apotheke ist.
Eine sendet sofort Ersatz, eine andere möchte erst die Ermittlungsergebnisse von DHL abwarten, was Wochen dauern kann.
Wenn das so ist wäre das sehr Scheisse von der Apotheke da ich nicht einfach mein Medikament wo anders kaufen kann weil 1. Sie mein Rezept haben 2. Weil meine Medikamente 500€ kosten die schon bezahlt sind
